Principle Description

AB glue are stored in two containers independently. Glue A and B are filled into the mixing pipe separately through precise calculation of two metering pumps based on needs. At the same time, work-pieces are arrayed on the designed transfer board and the transfer board is  driven to the dispensing station by the transmission chain or belt. The three-axis mechanical hands drive glue nozzle to conduct rated glue dispensing by programmed instructions. After  dispensing, the transfer board flows to the next station and new board is in position. The whole system operates in cycle.

Machine Features
 
♦Full-automatic for all steps: metering, proportioning, mixing, dispensing...;
♦Equipped two 304 stainless steel glue containers for storing glue A and glue B separately to prevent the glue getting dry for longtime no use;
♦The mechanical part of 3-axis equipped high precision linear motion module, high accurate positioning and repeat positioning;
♦Touch screen UI with hand programming controller, easy to learn and operate;
♦Equipped chain or belt transmission line, or customize for different plant site environment or process craft design;
♦Provide customized fixture and gluing multi-head for different work-pieces.
 
Suitable Glue:
Double-component glue, such as organic silicone, epoxy, PU, acrylate etc.
 
Applications:
Water-proof battery, solid-state relay, capacitor, rectifier, mutual inductor, filter, surge protection device, aquarium water pump, power-save module, electromagnetic clutch etc.
